Ingrediants:
wheat flour-2cup
salt
water
oil -2tsp
Method:
In bowl flour+salt+water .mix.the mixture should not be too tight.once its done add oil to make the dough even.now make small bowl,press it flat ,press in flour both sides ans again press it flat.make it as circle.now in dosa pan spread it.when the color changes turn it ..whne u find some gloden-brown dots over the roti ---its cooked..keep this in bowl with tissues at bottom.
For soft rotis
u can add milk r yogut
