besan flour-2cups
sugar-2cup
ghee-10tsp
cardamon-10
rasins-10
cashew-15
sugar crystal-1tsp
cooking camphor-a pinch
Method
In bowl add sugar and water.just add1/2 cup water r add water until the sugar immersed in.
make it to boil until u get 1 string consistency.
add 2 drops of lemon so that sugar shrub stays same.
Add water to besan flour and stir it well.the thickness should be like dosa batter form.
Now heat oil in kadai in high and while makeing boondi reduce the flame to medium and make boondi .Fry those for 3mts and put directly in sugar shrubs.continue doing and make it to cool.
In mean time in ghee fry cahew and rasins.girnd sugar crytal in blender.Grind caradamon too.
Now grind the boondi in food processor or in normal blender (not toomuch) mix all those by adding ghee.Make it to small balls.
