Rasam 1

Ingrediants:
Tamarind pulp-3tsp
Tomato-1 romo 1 small
pepper-1tsp
cuminseeds-1tsp
garlic-4pods
hing-pinch

turmericpowder-1/4tsp
if u have rasam powder u can add 1tsp.(optional)
oil,mustard,urud dhal,methi seeds(1/4 tsp)
curry leaves,coriender leaves.

Method:
Grind pepper+garlic+cumin seeds..(not paste)
now in bowl,add tamarind pulp+smashed tomato+grinded mixture+corienderleaves+water(2cup)+turmeric powder+salt+hing.Mix it well.(if u like rasam powder u can add in this too-not too much)
In kadai oil+mustard+urud dhal+methi seeds+curry leaves ,fry it ,now add the above mixture...
keep in very lowflame (i mean in 2(for electric stove) or sim ) so that tomato will get cooked.
when you see the bubbles started coming switch off the stove (c the snap)....If u want u can again granish with coriender leaves.....cover it dont open for 30mts..
