cauliflower kuruma(chettinad)

Ingrediants:
cauliflower-2bowl
onion-1 medium
tomato-2 small
ginger-small
garlic -4 pods
fennelseeds-1tsp
cloves-2
caradamon-1
cinnamon-1
coconut grated-1/2cup
cashew-4
poppy seeds-1tsp
green chilli-7
garam masala-1/2 tsp
turmeric powder-pinch

Method
Fry all those in oil then Grind
coconut+cashew+poppyseeds+greenchilli+fennel seeds+cinnamon+cloves+cardamon+ginger+ garlic

In kadai oil+cardamon+onion+tomato+curry leaves ..fry it well.
Then add the grinded masala +garam masala+turmeric+1/2 cup of water.Make it to boil for 5mts.Now add cauliflower+1/2 cup of water,cover the kadai ,ccok it for sometimes until oil floats and at the same time cauliflower will gets cooked well.Granish with corineder leaves.
