Cabbage poriyal
Ingredients:
Cabbage----half
onion--------1small size
channadal----1tsp
mustard,udardhal---1tsp each
greenchilli-----------4
curryleaves
Meathod:
cut cabbage in lengthwise.in kadai add oil,after seasoning with urad dhal,mustard,channadal,then add curryleaves,greenchilli,now add onion,fry it,then add cabbageand salt,cook it for 10mts,so that cabbage is half cooked.switch off the stove now added grated coconut.stir it.done.
