Ingredients:
Rice--1cup
Tomato--4small one
Garlic---4 pulps.
Chillipowder-2tsp
Greenchilli--1
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Salt--required.
Method:
cook rice and keep it aside.
now in kadai,+ oil+sombu+pattai+karmbu+ onion fry it.+ garlic,fry it,+ greenchilli +tomato fry it.
then add chillipowder+turmeric powder+salt too.
now mix this with rice and granish with corinder leaves.
