Kovakai fry--(tindora,dondakkai,ivy gourd)

Ingrediants:
ivy gourd-1 bowl
red chillipowder-2tsp
corn flour-2tsp
salt
oil-2tsp
turmeric powder-5pinch.

Method:
cut iny gourd round ,very thin too.
Now in bowl put this cutted ivy gourd,add chillipodwer+salt+corn flour+oil.
Mix it well.
Now in oven set to broil and keep this mixture for 20mts.
After 2mts deep fry in oil.
Kovakai fry is ready to serve.

Goes good with plain moongdhal and rasam.suits good more for curd rice.
