mutton curry


Ingrediants:
Mutton-1lb
onion-15small
tomato-1 small
masala powder-2tsp
chick masala powder-1tsp
cumin seeds-1tsp
fennel seeds-1tsp
ginger garlic paste-2tsp
coconut shredder-1/2cup
cashew-4
turemeric powder-as needed.

Method:
 Grind coconut and cahsew and keep it aside.

1.in kadai oil+cumin seeds+fennel seeds+onion+ginger garlic paste..fry it.switch of the flame and now add all powders.
2.make it to cool and grind it as paste.
3.now add the coconut paste and this paste and grind it together.
4.In pressure cooker oil+tomato.fry it until it becomes juicy.
5.now add all those paste+mutton in cooker.add 1cup of water(as u needed but not limited r else it wil become watery).add salt as needed.
6.pressure cook it for 4whistles.granish with curry leaves and corienderleaves.
