vendaikai karakuzhambu(okra curry)

Ingrediants:
onion-1 medium sized or (shallots -10)
tomato-2 small
tamarind pulp-3tsp
coconut milk-1/2 cup
okra-10
turmeric powder- 4pinch
chillipowder-2tsp
coriender powder-3tsp
oil+mustard+urad dhal

Method:
Cut okra little lenght wise,Fry okra in oil for 5mts.
grind onion .

In kadai oil+mustard+urad dhal+fennugreek+curry leaves+onion.Fry it until onion smells goes and at teh same time it has to turn little brown too.
Now add all powder,stir little and add tomato immediately and sprinkle some water too..Fry it well until it becomes jucy.
Now add tamrind pulp with 2cup of water.cover the kadai make it to boil for 10mts.Add fried okra.make it to boil for 5more mts,
Now add coocnut milk make it to boil for 5mts.
switch off the flame.Granish with coriender leaves.

 goes good with rice and cabbage poriyal,carrot fry,egg omlet.
