Dewali snacks--Jangri

Ingrediants
urad dhal-1 cup
rice flour-4tsp
redcolor-as needed
rose essences-1/2tsp
sugar-11/2 cups

sugar syrub:
add water until sugar get immerssed.make it to boil until  u get the one string syrub...
now add rose essences and drop of lemon .keep it aside.

Method
soak dhal for 1hr,grind it for 30-40mts.

As i did first i didnt add all together.i took 4tsp of uraddhal batter and add 1 tsp of rice flour+redcolor,mix it.
now in ziplock cover i made hole in the center and nowfill this batter in that ziplock and press it in hot oil.
heat the oil first and when u comes to know that the oil got hot ,reduce the flame to very low and after that press the batter in the ziplock in to the oil.onec if u feel one side is cooked turn it and allow it to cook in very llowflame..
now remove from oil and put it in syrub for 3mts.remove after 3mts,and keep aside.

Note:
dont press the batter in very hot oil it may get splits and u cant get the shape more over it will become more crispy like jelabi....
if u feels the sugar syrub become more thick add water and make it to boil little .
