cauliflower kuruma

ingrediants:
cauliflower-1 bowl.
fennel seeds-1tsp
caradamon-1
cloves-2
cinnamon-1inch

Grind1.
onion-1 small(or 10 shallots)
ginger garlic paste-2tsp
coconut shredder-6tsp
green chilli-1
chillipowder-1tsp
coriender powder-1tsp
garam masala-3 pinch

Grind2;
tomato-2 romo

Grind3.
badam-4

Method:
in kadai oil+cinnamon+cardamon+fennelseeds+cloves+curry leaves+Grind paste 1.fry it well.
Now add Grind paste 2:.fry until oil comes.
Now add water+cauliflower.
cook for 5mts.Now add grind paste 3.
make it to boil until cauliflower gets cooked well(avoid over cooking )
Granish with coriender leaves.
