Fish curry

  • Ingredients:
  • King fish---1/2 kg
  • small onion--1/2 cup
  • tomato------2 small size
  • tamarind----as required.
  • fenugreek seeds---1/2 tsp
  • garlic------1 r 2 pulp
  • chillipowder--2 tsp
  • coriender powder---1tsp
  • turmeric powder----1/2 tsp
  • coconut milk 50ml

  • oil and salt as required.

  • Method

  1. In kadai add oil .fry urad dhal,feenugreekseeds,garlic.

  2. Grind onion little (not like paste).

  3. Now in kadai add onion fry it.Add all masalas and fry  it for 1mts.

  4. Extract tamarind juice,salt and nowadd  in the above mixture.immedieatly after that add cutted tomatoes.make it to boil for 15mts mts.

  5. Now add the fish and make it to boil for 10more mts,After that add coconut milk.

  6. Make it to boil for 5 mts.

  7. Granish with coriender leaves.
