Potato kuruma

Ingredients:
potato--3 small size
tomato-1(romo)
ginger garlic paste--2tsp
paste(coconut 2pieces+poppy seed(little)+greenchilli(6)+fennelseeds(1/2tsp)
turmericpowder
little garam masala
onion-1/2

Method
In kadai oil+cloves 2+cinnamon little+onion+gingergarlicpaste+tomato+turmeric and garam masala+salt.
Fry it well.now add that paste,make it to boil for 2mts,then add 2 glass water.make it to boil for 10mts...now add boiled potato,make it to boil for 10mts..make it  boil unitl it get thick..garnish with coriender leaves...

goes well with chapathi,poori,idiyapam...somemay like it for dosa too...
