vegetable white kuruma

Ingredients
carrot-2 small
beans---15
potato-2 small
cauliflower---little amount
tomato-1/2
onion--1 small
ginger garlic paste--1tsp
cardamom--1
cinnamom--1
bayleaves-1
sombu--1tsp
coriender powder-1/2tsp
mint +coriender leaves.

Paste
4cashewnuts+1/2 tsp poppy seeds+coconut(3pieces)
ground and make it a paste.


method
oil+cardamon+cinnamom+bayleaves+onion.Fry it.
Now add 2 chopped mint leaves+1tsp chopped coriender leaves.
Add ginger garlic pastes.fry it.Add tomato.fry it.+ coriender powder little(1/2 tsp)
Add veggies fry it.+water make it to boil when its half cooked add the pastes.make it to cook well.
garnish with coriender leaves
dont forget to add salt after adding veggies.
