Rava kesari

Ingredients:
Rava(sooji)-1cup
sugar-13/4 cup r 2 cups
water-3 cup
food color--a pinch(as ur wish)use orange color.
cashew-10
rasinis-10
cardamon-5
ghee-6tsp
butter-1/2 cup

 
roast the rava in a pan until smells comes.....

Method:
.1.Use non-stick pan.
2.In pan add 3 cups of water and sugar,stir it well,make it to boil.Add caradamon + butter+ food color too.once it started to boil add rava in mean time stir it well.keep on stiring,after 5 mts add ghee(4tsp) then keep on stiring.need to do that for 8-10mts..
3.Now in mean time fry cashew and rasins  or in one microwave bowl add ghee(2tsp) +cashew ,keep in oven for 1 mt.then add rasins then keep in oven for 40sec.
4.Then add in  above mixture
5.continue stiring until ghee comes out(until kesari wont stick in pan so that it wont stick in spoon while serving )
