vegetable kuruma

Ingredients:
vegetables-beans-10
carrot-1 small
potato-1 small
peas-small cup
cauliflower--little
onion-1
tomato-1
ginger garlicpaste-2tsp
mint-5leaves
coriender-little
greenchilli-3

Grind masala:

coconut--4pieces
kaskas(poppyseeds)-1/2 tsp
corienderpowder-1tsp
chillipowder-1tsp
turmeric powder-some pinches
Grind above and make it as paste by adding water.





Method:

oil+onion+tomato+ginger garlic paste+mint,corienderleaves.fry it.
Now add grinded paste .fry it well.
Add vegetabe\les +water+salt+cinamom-1+cardamom-1+bayleaves-1/2+cloves 1.
pressure cook for 1whistle and 5mts in low flame.
serve with chappati ,parota.
