pav bajji

Ingredients:
  • vegetables-carrot,beans,cauliflower,peas,potato---1 cup
  • Onion----1/2 onion
  • tomato---2 small
  • chillipowder--1 tsp
  • turmeric powder---1.2 tsp
  • pav bajji masala--1 tsp
  • oil---4 tsp
  • ginger---little.
  • butter.
  • bread
Method:
  1. In kadai heat oil,1tsp butter,now add onion fry it .add ginger too.
  2. Then add tomatoes fry until oil comes,now add chillipowder ,turmeric powder,and pav bajji masala.fry it.
  3. In mean time boil all vegetables and smash it.
  4. Now add these vegetables in kadi,fry all those .
  5. Add water and again make it to boil.Granish with coriender leaves.Add lemon over it.
  6. Now in pan add butter ,roast bread in that.
  7. serve with raw onion over bajii.
