Ingredients:
- vegetables-carrot,beans,cauliflower,peas,potato---1 cup
- Onion----1/2 onion
- tomato---2 small
- chillipowder--1 tsp
- turmeric powder---1.2 tsp
- pav bajji masala--1 tsp
- oil---4 tsp
- ginger---little.
- butter.
- bread
Method:
- In kadai heat oil,1tsp butter,now add onion fry it .add ginger too.
- Then add tomatoes fry until oil comes,now add chillipowder ,turmeric powder,and pav bajji masala.fry it.
- In mean time boil all vegetables and smash it.
- Now add these vegetables in kadi,fry all those .
- Add water and again make it to boil.Granish with coriender leaves.Add lemon over it.
- Now in pan add butter ,roast bread in that.
- serve with raw onion over bajii.
