PAROTA SALNA(VEG AND NON VEG)

INGREDIANTS:
chicken-1 leg piece{for veg can have 20peas,4beans,1/2 potato(small)]
onion 1 big
tomato--1( romo)
chillipowder--1tsp
redchilli--2
greenchilli=7
coriender powder--1/2tsp
ginger garlic paste -6tsp
garam masala--3pinch
bayleave-1
cardamon-1
cinammon stick--1
cloves-1
coconut paste--5inch piece,make it as paste
cashewpaste--5 nos make it as paste(use badam too as its cholestral free)
oil and salt as required.

Optional:above all powders v can addd 1tsp chicken masala powder .so that taste will be more good.will add my chick masala powder recipe too........

METHOD:
oil+onion+ginger garlic paste+tomato+green chilli +redchilli+chillipodwer+coriender podwer+garam masala+turmeric powder+salt.fry it and grind it.grind cocnout and cashew fisrt and grind all the above.Mix it both.
Now in pressure cooker put the above grinded paste and add chicken+water+bayleaves+2 cloves+pattai+cardamom+little peper powder+salt.
pressure cook it for 3whistles.
salna is done.
serve with parota ,chapathi,appam,idiyapam.evn with idily tooo.
