Ingredients
for 2cup rice....need chicken curry 1/2cup..with 3pieces..

coconut milk-1 cup
greenchilli-4
chillipowder-1/2tsp
corinder powder-1/2tsp
garam masala-little
gloves.caradamon,cinammon,fennelseed,bay leaves
Paste gingergarlic+mint+corienderleaves+greenchillies
Method
in kadai ghee 2tsp+olive oil 3tsp+gloves+caradamon,cinnamon sticks,fennelseed+bayleaves+onion+paste.fry it.Now add tomato,fry it well.now add all powders.
soak basmathi rice for 30mts...
for 2cuprice 1cup coconut water+2cup water..
Add water mix masala add chicken curry with pieces..Add salt...
cook it/when it reaches warm keep it in warm for 20mts..
serve with raitha+chicken curry+boiled egg..
