Bitter guard fry


Ingrediants needed.

Bitter guard-5

onion -1/2

chilli powder-1tsp

salt as required .

Method:

Cut the bitter guard and onions in medium size.

Now in kadai add 5tsp oil and add mustard ,urad dal and curry leaves.

Then add the cut bitter guard .Now cover the kadai with a plate.Every 5 mts remove the cover and stir .when its half cooked now add the cutted onions.Now again covered with aplate and allow them to cook.After 10mts add chilli powder and stir it for 5 more mts.

Add salt for taste.

Now bitter guard fry is ready to eat.Its a very suitable side dish for sambar rice and plain dhal.
