poori with channa masala

  • ingredients
  • channa--1cup(rice cup)
  • onion---1
  • tomato--2
  • chillipowder--11/2 tsp
  • coriender powder---2tsp
  • turmeric powder----1/2 tsp
  • garam masala----less than 1/2 tsp.
  • ginger garlic paste--2tsp
  • curd--1tsp
  • sombu----1/2 tsp
method
soak channa for 6-7 hrs.pressure cook it for 2 whistles.
grind onion and tomato separtely.
now i kadai add required oil.when it gets heated add sombu,curry leaves,then add onion fry it.
when onion becomes brownish in color add ginger garlic paste.fry it.
after 2mts add tomato.fry it until oil comes.
reduce the flame add add all masalas.fry it just 2sec.
Add curd stir it well.now add channa.make it to boil for 5mts.add water while adding channa according to ur gravy thickness.
(u can add 1cup water)

note
if ur using mtr channa masala  no need of any chilli coriedner garam masala.instead u can us that mtr and follow the method behind the pack.
