ingrediants needed:
Basmati rice----2 cup
Ghee-----------4tsp
oil--------------2tsp(olive oil)
onion-----------1 small size
green chilli------9
ginger garlic paste--2tsp
mint leaves-2
tomato-------------1(small)
sombu--------------1tsp
bayleaves-----------2
cloves---------------2
pattai----------------1
caradamon-2
coconut milk-1cup
Method:
In kadai +oil+ghee+sombu+pattai+cardamon+bayleaves+cloves.Fry it.Add onion fry it well.Now +green chilli+2mint levaes.+gingergarlic paste.fry for 5mts.Now+tomato.fry it.
soak rice for 30mts.Add water and coconut milk.Add salt mix it taste it..ready to cook.
i use electric cooker so once its reaches warm keep it in warm for 20mts .granish with coriender leaves.
Note:
for 1 cup of rice 11/2 wtaer is needed to cook in electric rice cooker.
so here 2 cup of rice means 1cup cocnut milk+2 cup water.
