ingrediants:
egg -5
onion-1 medium sized
tomato-1 romo 1 small
chillipowder-2tsp
coriender powder-3tsp
turmeric powder-3pinch
tamarind pulp-3 tsp
coconut milk-1/2 cup
mustard,urad dhal,fennugreek seeds,curry leaves.
Method:
In kadai oil+mustard +urad dhal+fennugreekseeds+onion.fry it until onion smell goes and it changes to little brown.Now add all powders +toamto+1/2 cup of water.Fry it until all tomatoes get smashed well.Add tamrind pulp and 2 cup of water.
make it to boil for 10mts so that all gets cooked well and little oil floats over.Now break eggs and pour in that curry.dont turn it for 3mts.after that make it to move little so that it wont stick in vessel.after 2 mts turn the egg make it to boil and now add cocnut milk .make it to boil for 5 more mts.add salt granish with coriender leaves.

Gonna try the Egg Curry recipe this weekend. I used to similar one but without tamarind pulp more or egg kurma type..but your recipe looks more yummy.
