chicken kati roll

ingrediants:
boneless chicken- 25pieces
onion-1 medium
ginger garlic paste-2tsp
chillipowder-2tsp
garam masala-1/2tsp
coriender powder-1tsp
turmeric powder-3 pinch
food color-red 2 pinch
curd-1tsp
green pepper-1
pepper-1tsp
chappathi-4
little hcat masala
coriender leaves
curry leaves

Method:
Mardinate chicken with gingergalric paste+all powders+salt+curd+food color.
In kadai oil+onion(3/4)+chickenfry it well until chicken gets cooked.
before serving in pan oil+onion+green pepper+chat masala+pepper+salt.
Now in chappathi spread that chicken+onion ,pepper mixture+coriender leaves.
roll it ..wrap it with aluminum foil...serve it hot.

Optional
if u need u can add scrambled egg while spreading in chappati Or  in dosa pan break the egg pour it ,keep chappati over it,turn it now.dotn turn until egg gets cooked.onec its cooked turn the cahppati and now u can spread al those..cover with Al foil.
