chicken-1 lb boneless
chillipowder-2tsp
cumin powder-1/2 tsp
pepper powder-1tsp
cumin seeds-1tsp
garlic pods-2
ginger garlic paste-2tsp
redchillipaste-2tsp(fresh)
curry leaves
green chilli-4
capsicum-1/2
onion-1/2
chat masala--as needed to spreading max of 1/2tsp(optional)
Its a very good starter.
Method:
Soak 5redchillies in hotwater for 30mts.better use kashmiri chilli if u dont want more spicy.Make it as paste.
Marninate chicken with 1tps redchillipowder+1tsp ginger garlci paste+1 tsp pepper powder+salt over night r else just in frezzer for 30mts.
Now in kadai oil+cumin seeds+garlic pods+greenchilli+gingergarlic paste.saute it .
now add redchillipaste+cumin powder+red chillipowder. fry it well.Add food color(red).Add 1/2 cupof water so that chillipaste get cooked well.saute it until it becomes as thick gravy.
Now deep fry the marinate chicken in oil.mix the chicken in above gravy.stir it well for just 3mts.
in kadai oil+onion(cube sized)+capsicum(cubesized) +curry leaves.switch off teh flame and add chat masala.
.fry it add in above chicken,
serve with hot.
