chicken gravy(dry)

ingrediants:
chicken -1/2 lb
onion-1 medium
tomato-3 small
chillipowder-2tsp
turmeric powder-1/2tsp
garam masal-3pinch
fennel seeds-1tsp
caradamon-2
cinnamon-1
cloves-3
gingergarlic paste-2tsp

Method:
In kadai oil(sesame oil)+fennel seeds+caradamon+cloves+cinnamon+gingergarlic paste+tamato.saute it well until tomato turns jucy.Now add chicken cover the kadai and allow to cook well.after 15mts(onec the chicken is cooked well) stir well until the u get the thickness,(only less water will be there) now add al powder stir it well and now cover the kadai again cook for 5-10 mts.

stir in bet so that it wont get stick in vessels.
swicth of the flame after 10mts,Granish wiht coriender leaves.

goes good with doas idily,smabar rice.rasam rice,curd rice.
