mutton sukka

ingrediants:
Mutton-1lb
onion-1 big or  (shallots -25)
ginger garlic paste-4tsp
fennel seeds-1tsp
bayleaves-2
cardamon-2
cloves-2
cinnamom-1
coriender powder-2tsp
chillipowder-2tsp
turemeric powder-as needed
garam masala-4pinch
curryleaves,sesame oil,coriender leaves,salt.

Method:
Pressure cook mutton for 4-5 whisteles with 1small cup water and salt.

(ur wish i u want u can add gingergarlic paste,turmeric powder too while pressure cooking the mutton)

In kadai oil+fennel seeds+cardamon+cloves+cinnamon+curry leaves+bayleaves+oinon.
fry it well.
Now add gingergarlic paste(if u dont add in mutton while pressurecooking)..
Now add all powders saute it little and add mutton .u may have some water in mutton so fry it well until mutton gets coated with masalas...
Granish with coriender leaves..

As u added salt in mutton taste it and add more salt if u neeeded.

some may sprinkle 1 table spoon roasted gram powder(porikadalai) at end and fry ofr 5mts....
