Paste 1:
ginger+garlic+fennel seeds+coriender leaves+greenchillies+cinnamom+cloves-------grind it well.
paste 2:
coconut+cashew+poppy seeds+coriender powder.
Method:
in kadai oil+onion+paste1.fry it until smell goes and oil comes out.
Now add veggies+paste 2.Pressure cook it for 2 whistles.
granish with coriender leaves.
