Raw chuttney

ingrediants:
redchilli-4
coconut-6tsp grated
tamarind-very little(commonly v willadd for chuttney rite that much amount)
shallots(small onion)-4
salt

Method:
soak red chilli for 30mts.(i used to soak and heat in oven for 30sec.)
Now in blender grind the chilli as paste.add coconut grind it.Add tamarind.grind well.atlast add onion and grind it.onion should be like gratednot paste..add salt

serve with idily,dosa and chappati too....
