varutha kozhi kulambu

Ingrediants:
chicken-1lb
tomato-1 small
ginger garlic paste-2tsp
chillipowder-2tsp
coriender powder-3tsp
turmeric powder-little

Grind:
oil+coconut grated(1/2cup)+fennelseeds(1/2tsp)+cashew(4)+poppy seeds(1tsp)
Make it as paste.

Method:
In kadai oil+fennelseeds+cloves+caradamon+cinnamon+onion+gingergarlic paste+tomato+all powders+chicken+water.after 5mts add the paste add water and make it to cook for 15mts.
within 15mts the chicken wil get cooked.once its cooked well switch off the flame and granosh with coriender leaves.
