king fish curry

ingrediants:
fish-4pieces
onion(shallots)-15
tomato-3 small sized
tamarind pulp-3tsp
chillipowder-2tsp
coriender powder-3tsp
turmeric powder-as needed
mustard,urad dhal,methi seeds-for seasoning.
garlic-3pods
coconut milk-1/2 cup(thick)

Method:

Grind onion in blender(not full paste)
In kadai oil+mustard+urad dhal+methi seeds+garlic+curry leaves.
when it splitters add onion fry it until it turns  light brown.now add all powder just stir it,immedietley add little water and tomatoes.Fry it until it becomes juicy.
Now add tamarind +water(2cup)
make it to boil.U can some oil will starts to float.now add the fish and in 3mts add coconut milk.
after 5mts fish will get cooked so switch off the flame.
Granish with coriender leaves.


Note:
pls be carefull while adding water ,if u add too much and if u feels its more make it to evaporate and then add the fish..r else ur curry will be watery.
