Ingrediants
gobi,aloo,carrot-1 bowl
cumin-1tsp
ginger garlic paste-1tsp
onion-1 medium
tomato-2
methi leaves- 1/2tsp
pepper-1/2tsp
chillipowder-1tsp
coriender powder-1/2tsp
turmeric powder-little
garam masala-little
curd-1tsp

paste
onion+tomato.grind it separately.

Method
In kadai oil+cumin seeds+onion paste+fry.then add ginger garlicpaste.stir it well.
Now add tomato paste.fry it unti raw smell goes.
Add chillipowder+coriender powder+garam masala+turmeric powder.stir it and add all vegetables.
Add 1cup of water+salt.On the above add methis leaves powder(crunch the leaves)cover and cook it for 10-15 mts.
onec the vegetable are cooked add the pepper(after switching of the flame) and cover it in that heat.
Granish with coriedner leaves.

good for chappati...seems like little dry...
