idily smabar(with freshly prepeared powder)

Ingrediants:
Toor dhal-1cup
onion-1
tomato-2 medium sized
beans-5
carrot-1 small
hing-1 pich
gralic-2pods

Powder
in kadai oil+channadal1tsp+cumin seeds 1/2tsp+coriender seeds-3tsp+redchilli-4.fry it ans keep aside
In same kadai oil+1/2onion+1tomato.fry little and keep aside
In same kadai oil+3tsp grated coconut.fry it and keep aside.
grind all above as paste.

Method:
pressure cook toor dhal +turmeric powder+garlic+hing.
now add 3cup of water in dhal +all veggies+onion+tomato.Make it to boil and if u finds bubbles at that time add the paste.Make it to boil for 10mts.
once the veggies r cooked well switch off the flame.
In kadai oil+mustard+urad dhal+curry leaves.fry it and pour over the sambar.Granish with coriender leaves.
