Chicken masala...

ingrediants:
chicken-1lb
onion-1 big
tomato-3 romo
gingergarlic paste-4tsp
chillipowder-2tsp
coriender powder-1tsp
turmeric powder-5pinch
chicken masala powder-2tsp
curd-2tsp
lemon-fewdrops.
fennelseeds-1/2tsp
cinnamom stick-little
cloves-2
caradamom-3
curry leaves,salt,coriender leaves-as u needed.

chicken masala -i used homemade-will soon add the ingrediants for masalpowder too.
for instant u can use shakti chicken masala r Aachis chick powder..-available in indian store..

Method:
Mardinate the chicken with chillipowder+coriender podwer+chick masala powder+curd+salt+turmeric+3drops lemon.

I mardinate overngt..if not u can mardinate for atleast 2hrs in room tem or in freezer for 30mts or in fridge for just 1hr.

In kadai oil+fennel seeds,cloves,caradamom,cinnamom +onion+curry leaves.fry well for 10mts.Now +ginger garlic paste.fry it just for 2mts+mardinated chicken.cover the kadai make it to cook,in between stir it well.Add salt too..
after 10mts u can found that chicken will leaves some water,at that time add tomato,saute it well.cover the kadai and allow them to cook.
for each 3mts stir well.cover and allow to cook.
after sometimes (15mts)u may c oil floats over the curry.nOw its time to turn off the flame..
 chicken masala is ready to serve..



goes good with chapathi,rice,naan,idily,dosa,idiyapam tooo.goes more good with rasam rice.
