Egg roast curry..

Ingrediants:
Egg -3 boiled.
onion-1/2
tomato-1 romo 1 small
ginger garlci paste-1tsp
chillipowder-1tsp
turmeric powder-3pinch
garam masala-5pinch
pepper-1/3 tsp
salt.

Method:
Heat oil in pan and put the whole boiled egg keep on turning it for 2-3 mts.(be carefull or else egg may stick to the pan)
keep it aside.
Now in kadai oil+onion(golden brown)+ginger galric paste+tomato(fry until jucy)+all powders+salt.fry for 2 mts.now Add 1cupof water.Make it to boil until thickness comes(little oils may float).
Now add the fried eggs.slightly put one verical line in egg.Make it to boil for 5mts.
remove form heat and serve hot .

Goes good with smabar rice,curd rice even chappati(lunch box)
