egg fry.(dry )

ingrediants:
egg-4 boiled
onion-1 medium sized.
fennel seeds-2tsp
poppy seeds-little
coconut-5tsp shredded
redhcillipowder-1tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
turmeric podwer-little
pepper -1/2
clove-1
cinnamon-very little.

grind:
coconut+poppyseeds+fennels seeds(1tsp)+redchillipowder+garam masala+turmeric powder+pepper.+cloves+cinnamon
it should be like paste.

Method:
Remove the shell of the boiled eggs.cut them into half(r slight make a vertical line and with fork make small holes,)
In kadai oil+fennel seeds+onion fry it well.
Now add grinded masala.sprinkle some water and fry it well..in one stage all will combine together and onethickness will come...at that time add eggs.cover it for 5mts.saute it also..
At one time egg will starts to stick in bowl by that time switch off the flame..granish with coriender leaves,....
If u want little gravy add water before u adding egg,make it to boil for sometime and add egg..
Goes good with curd rice.
