cauliflower 65

Ingrediants:
cauliflower-1 bowl
gingergarlic paste-2tsp
red chillipowder-1 tsp
coriender powder-1tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
salt as needed
corn flour-1tsp
red color powder
curd.

Method:
Keep cauliflower in hotwater for 10mts.no need to boil it.
fliter all water and now add all powders,dont use water to mix.add curd to mix.corn flour is for crispyness.keep aside for 30mts in fridge r in room temp for 1hr.Deep fry it.cauliflower 65 is ready to serve.
