chettinad potato fry

Ingrediants:
baby potato-15
onion-1/2
red chilli-1 1/2 tsp
garlic-4pods
mustard,urud dhal for seasoning.
salt to taste

Method:
Grind onion,garlci+1tsp chillipowder as paste.
boil potatos and remove the skin.Mardinate teh potato with 1/2 tsp redchillipowder and salt.
In mean time in kadai add oil+mustard +urud dhal.when it spliters add the  paste fryi it until oil comes..or until that garlci smells goes..(u may know that,one smell will come so that dont over fry r else bitter taste will come).
Now add the mardinated potato fry for 4-5 mts by covering the kadai...
granish with fried curry leaves...
