Ingrediants:
Carrot-3
coconut shredded-6tsp
cumin seeds-1/2tsp
hing-pinch
green chilli-3
salt.,mustard,urad dhal,curry leaves.
Method:
In bowl add 1/2 cup of water ,add cut carrots.Microwave it for 7mts.
Now in kadai oil+mustard +urad dhal+cumin seeds+chilles +curry leaves+boiled carrots.+hing.Fry it for 2mts.Now add coconut and stir it for just 2mts.
switch off.carrot poriyal is ready to serve.
