chilli parota



chilliparota is one of the mostly special food mostly for dinner.Actually itried for more recipes i couldnt get the prefect atlast i got this recipes from one of friend who learned from a chef.here is the recipe.
It has more calories as we are deep frying parotas.











Ingredients
parota-5
onion-2 small sized
tomato--2
chicken 65 masala-2tsp
chillipowder--1tsp
garam masala--2tsp
ginger garli paste-2tsp
maida--1cup
corn flour-3tsp
red color powder
grind coconut(4piece)+cashew+kaskas(poppy seeds)
method:

grind 1 onion and 1 tomato.
oil+cinnamom+cardamon+kirambu+slicedonion.fry it.Add ginger garlic paste 1tsp+sliced tomato.fry it.Now+ grind onion +tomato.fry it.Now add chick 65 powder+chillipowder+garam masala+coconutcahsew paste.fry it well.salt as required
keep ths gravy aside.
Now in bowl add maida+ redcolor powder+ginger garlic paste 1tsp+garam masala 1tsp+salt+corn flour.make its as baji batter.cut parota in length wise and dip in this batter and deep fry it.

after frying all parotas cut in to square shape.put all fried parotas in that gravy and mix in low heat for 3mts.
serve with onion raita.
