ada dosa(Dal dosa)

Ingredients:
  • Yellow split peas---1/2cup
  • channadhal----------1/2 cup
  • Rice--1cup
  • urad dahl--1/4 cup
  • Onion-----------------1/2
  • curry leaves--------10-15
  • red chillies---------6 nos
  • Asafoetida-------1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder-----------------------------1/2 tsp
  • cumin powder---------------------------------1/2 tsp

  • salt as required
Method:

  1. soak both dal for 2hrs.grind them .soak rice and urad dhal for 2hrs and grind them.mix both.

  2. cut onion very small ,now in kadai fry red chillies then add onion,fry it until becomes transparent.Add curry leaves too.

  3. Now add the fired one in thaat mixture,add turmeric,cuminpowder,asafoetida ,salt.

  4. Now the batter is ready.while doing springle some corienders leaves on top of dosa

  5. serve with coconut chuttney.
Normal all will use some more dal but if we use all dals dosa wont be too much soft when compared to this.Try it.
