- Ingrediants needed:
mutton -1 lb
onion---------------1 medium size
green chilli--------10(can add r reduce as ur spicy taste)
mint leaves-15 leaves
coriender leaves-a little bunch.
ginger -10pods
garlic- 1 inch
curd------------------------2 tsp
coconut milk------------1cup
tomato------------------1 romo 1 small
chillipowder-----------1 tsp
coriender--------------1 tsp
garam masala-------little.less than halftsp.
turmeric powder-----1/2 tsp
All briyani items.(bayleaves-3,cloves--2,cardamon--1,1inch cinnamon stick,fennelseeds-1tsp)
shakti briyani masala--1/2 tsp
Method:
- soak rice for 15 mts.cut onion length wise thin.
- In kadai pour ghee ,now add the briyani items,fry all those and add onion.onion should be fried well.Add green chillies too and fry it with onion.
- Grind ginger garlic+ mint + corienderleaves and add this mixture after onions get fried well.
- Now after 5mts add tomato fry it well.Now add all powders.
- Fry all those for 2mts.
- Add mutton, fry it in masala until just 2mts.
- grind coconut and take the milk.
- Now in rice cooker add 2 cup basmati rice add the above preparations,2 cup water , 1 cup coconut milk.Add salt.stir well .cook in rice cooker.
MUTTON WATER-1 CUPS
COCNUT WATER-1CUP
SO WATER-1CUP.
Note:
if ur having 1 cup bastmathi rice means u need to have one and ahalf cup water.
if ur using coconut milk means 1 cup water and 1/2 cup coconut milk.
its not neccessary to have coocnut milk ,it depends upon ur wish.but if u add taste will be excellent.
