- Integridents:
- chicken---1 cup
- small onion--1/2 cup
- tomato--------2 small.
- ginger garlic paste---1tsp
- curd------1 tsp
- turmeric-1/2 sp
- chillipowder--11/2 tsp
- coriender powder---1 tsp
salt as needed.
Method:
Cut chicken into small pieces.Mardinate chicken with chillipowder,coriender powder,turmeric powder,salt,curd,ginger garlic paste and salt,keep aside for 1 hr.
Now in kadai,add sombu,pattai,kirambu, and fry it.
Fry onion well,then add tomato fry until oil comes.now add chicken .cover and cook .cook for 15mts.when u come toknow that the chicken is half boiled add water and make it to boil.
Make it to boil for 15mts again.Add salt if required.
granish with coriender.
