Andhra chicken gravy

  • Integridents:
  • chicken---1 cup
  • small onion--1/2 cup
  • tomato--------2 small.
  • ginger garlic paste---1tsp
  • curd------1 tsp
  • turmeric-1/2 sp
  • chillipowder--11/2 tsp
  • coriender powder---1 tsp

  • salt as needed.
Method:

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces.Mardinate chicken with chillipowder,coriender powder,turmeric powder,salt,curd,ginger garlic paste and salt,keep aside for 1 hr.

  2. Now in kadai,add sombu,pattai,kirambu, and fry it.

  3. Fry onion well,then add tomato fry until oil comes.now add chicken .cover and cook .cook for  15mts.when u come toknow that the chicken is half boiled add water and make it to boil.

  4. Make it to boil for 15mts again.Add salt if required.

  5. granish with coriender.
