chicken curry 1.

ingrediants:
chicken-1lb
onion-1 big
tomato-3 romo
ginger garlic paste-4tsp
chillipowder-2tsp
coriender powder-2tsp
chicken podi-4tsp(optional)(instead u add more chilli,corienderpowders+garam masala)
turmeric powder-as needed or 1/3 tsp
fennel seeds-1/2tsp
cloves-2
cardamon-2
cinnamom sticks-little.

Grind
coconut-1/2 cup shredded
poppy seeds-1/2 tsp
fennel seeds-little
cashew or badam--5
 grind like paste.

Method:
In kadai oil+fennel seeds+cloves+cinnamon+caradamon+onion.+curry leaves.fry it+ ginger garlic paste+tomato.Fry it until it becomes juicy.
Now add chicken,stir it well.dont cover to cook.
At one time the chicken  turns to little whitecolor and will starts leaving water little.By that time add all powders  ,saute it well... add 3 cups of H2o.
now cover the kadai. .make it to boil when bubbles started coming  andwhen the chick is half cooked,add the paste.stir it well.cover the kadai.
after sometime u may c the oil floats over the curry.This is the time to off the flame.
granish with coriender leaves.

Becarefull -note  that chick must not stick the kadai....so stir it frequently at eahc and every steps.
