Mutton briyani

Ingredients:
Onion--1/2
tomato---romo1 small 1
garilc-10pods ginger-1inch.paste it.
mint--20leaves
coriender leaves--little.
turmeric powder-as needed
greenchilli--6
chillipowder--1tsp
coriender powder--1tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
sakthi briyani masala--1/2tsp
curd--1tsp
coconut milk--1cup
basmati rice---2 1/2 cup
ghee 5tsp
olive oil---6tsp.

Method:
soak rice for 20mts
In kadai add ghee+olive oil+cardanom(2)+cloves(3)+cinnamom(1stick)+bayleaves(2)+sombu(1tsp)
Fry oinion until it becomes brown.
Grind ginger garlic+mint.+coriender leaves+green chillies.
when the onion is fried well add the above grinded paste.
fry it for 5mts.add tomato until juciy.now add all powders.
In mean time add little water to mutton(1kg) and pressure cook it for 3whistles.add slat too.
After sometimes remove lid and  sperate the muttom and the water inside.(1cup)
mix the muttom with the above cooked masala +curd too.Now add all with rice.

water measurement.
for 1 cup of rice i used to add 11/2 cup of water..as amcooking in electric cooker.If its presuure cooking atlast add 1/cup extra water.

here:we have 1 cup cocnut milk+1 cup mutton water ...so totally
1cup coconutmilk+1cup mutton water+1/3/4 water...

( accoridng to this adding 2cup of water is aslo no prob)
add salt taste it cook it .once it reaches warm keep it in warm for 10-15mts...

granish with coriender leaves.
