Ingrediants:
besan flour-2 cup
riceflour-3/4 cup
onion-1/2
chillipowder-1tsp
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Asafoetida-1/4 tsp
hot oil-2tsp
fennel seeds-3/4 tsp
shredded garlic-1tsp
curry leaves.

Method
cut onions length wise and too thin too.Now in bowl add flours,salt,chillipowder+turmericpowder+asafoetida+fennel seeds+garlic+salt+curryleaves.
Now add 2 tsp oil mix it well.
now in kadai pour oil and heat it.
Mean time sprinkle water over the mixture and keep it aside.when the oil gets heated ,wash hands in water with that watery hand take the mixture and press little and fry it...
bubbles will come and by the time when the bubbles started slowing, take it from oil..crispy pakoda is ready to serve.
